01 / COLLABORATIVE PROPERTY SEARCHES / IN DEVELOPMENT
Find a shared point of view.
Keep possibilities in perspective.
Build a shared home search, collect properties in one place, and keep conversations close to the homes they’re about. Favorites become a clearer picture of what matters.
02 / PROPERTY ORGANIZATION / IN DEVELOPMENT
From scattered links to a considered collection.
A place to gather properties and hold onto the context behind each possibility. Designed to make comparing, revisiting, and reflecting feel less fragmented.
03 / TOUR MANAGEMENT & TOUR VAULT / IN DEVELOPMENT
Be present. Remember the details.
Make every visit count.
Every home leaves an impression. Tour Vault is being designed to help you capture the details that matter, with optional AI-assisted summaries planned for MVP1 to make your notes easier to revisit and compare. These capabilities are in development and are not yet available.

OPTIONAL AI ASSISTANCE
A little intelligence. A lot more clarity.
Some details deserve a second look. ESTE is being designed with optional AI assistance to help you organize information, revisit important observations, and make more informed decisions throughout your real estate journey.
From AI-assisted tour summaries to thoughtful insights, our goal is simple: give you helpful tools when you want them, without complicating the experience when you don’t.
Your search. Your decisions. AI when you choose.
These capabilities are planned, not currently available. You can navigate ESTE without relying on AI. It is intended to support your understanding, not replace your judgment or your relationship with a real estate professional. You remain responsible for your decisions.

04 / AGENT & CLIENT WORKSPACES / IN DEVELOPMENT
Better together. Still your own.
Connected when you need it. Independent when you want it.
Dedicated workspaces support both sides of the relationship. Home seekers can explore at their own pace, while agents keep the collaboration organized and intentional.
05 / INDEPENDENT SEARCHING / IN DEVELOPMENT
Your own search. A clearer point of view.
Not every journey starts with an agent. ESTE is being designed to support independent exploration, too, with a thoughtful place to organize your search before deciding your next move.
06 / AGENT TOOLBOX / IN DEVELOPMENT
More room for your expertise.
An agent’s thoughtful companion.
The Agent Toolbox brings professional resources into the flow of your work, supporting the preparation, coordination, and client guidance behind a better experience.
